“ Such a great little Italian throwback deli in Bethesda. Dont find em like this too often. Price is high but one feels good supporting this small business. American Carnevale is my go to. Sandwiches are all served with balsamicolive oil dressing, arugula and tomatoes on an amazing roll thats been warmed in a toaster oven. The market is a fun little place to walk around and try and find obscure Italian items. Been going here for years. ”

Every time I come the selection of items is outstanding almost every single thing is imported from Italy. The best thing about this place by far is the desserts the sandwiches. Ebo makes the bread fresh daily it is absolutely phenomenal. I usually end up bringing multiple sandwichs back home with me due to how amazing they are. The veggies meats are so fresh so flavorful it is truly unlike any other sandwich shop. If youre in the area, this is a must try. Truly a hidden gem of Bethesda. ”
